Author advocates Aurangzeb hardly had any realisation about society,its management,
cultural exchange and affairs and their after effects.A successful leader or administrator cannot make
any social progress on the strength of soldiers,but needs proper needs of the socio-economic and cultural
business and accordingly needs to frame the policies which also depend on the knowledge of the loyal collegues contributing to success.
In this sense,Aurangzeb was an utter failure as he was loyal only to Islam as a religion
and nothing else.He also believed in voilence where the only language of sword is the effective one was his belief.
Tenure of Aurangzeb was fifty years in which many of his collegues or subordinates kept changing.
