Goneeda [Gopal Neelkantha Dandekar] Durgpremi Mandal had organized a literary meet on forts at Fort Rajmachi in 2009. Babasaheb Purandare also graced the occasion. Likewise in the event, photography and essay competition had been organized. The essay competition had different topics according to the groups? like-

60 entries of essays were submitted from all over Maharashtra and from those selective 38 essays are included in this book.
